WHat YOU NEED

EVERY CLIENT COMES TO US WITH DIFFERENT needs and circumstances.

Your situation affects how we will be able to help you. Do you have a design team? Are you a start-up? Does your brand need cohesion? Most people that come to us find themselves in one of these situations.

STARTING FROM SCRATCH

Clients often come to us needing help from the ground up. It might be a start-up business or an independent professional who's never had the capital to develop a brand, website or print work. The potential of a blank slate project and a chance to create from scratch is a designer's dream come true.

A LITTLE REFRESH

A lot of organizations have an existing brand, but they might need a refresh, a new website, promo materials or updated brochure. Many established companies recognize that something may not be working or needs improvement. These projects are a creative challenge that we take head on.

AN EXTRA SET OF HANDS

Sometimes design firms or organizations with an in-house creative/marketing team need a set or two of extra hands on deck. The opportunity to collaborate with other creative teams is a fun and rewarding, and we believe the group benefits from a shot of external energy.

    HOW WE WORK

WE BRING ORGANIZED APPROACH TO INSPIRED COLLABORATION.

Beginning with our survey, initial calls and our kick-off meeting, we thoroughly think about what you tell us. We will interact with you to plan the project, obtain all the needed information, oversee production and in general guide the project through its various stages to its completion. Your ideas and knowledge are vital to our process.

The collaboration extends to our method of design. In the office, we typically go back and forth between the two of us, one looking at typefaces, the other thinking about palettes, comparing layout options together — the project benefits from two creative minds working in synergy.

    TIMEFRAME

The timeframe for the project will be outlined at the beginning of the project. Typically a project lasts 10 weeks, with larger website projects going longer. The most important ingredients to staying on time are providing content (text, photos, etc.) and feedback. We believe it is important to start with a realistic and honest perspective on timeline.

    CONTENT

When making a logo, all we need is your name, completed survey and a kickoff meeting to get us going. But your tasks are a little more complicated when doing print and web projects. Projects go much more smoothly when all content is received before any design work begins. If circumstances prevent this, placeholder text and images can be used.

    FEEDBACK

You will need to determine the project manager on your end for the approval of the concepts. For the solopreneurs out there, the duty of approval is fairly straightforward. However, if you have a team in which everyone has a voice, we will need an organized point person to provide concise feedback for the process to go smoothly.

    DELIVERABLES

We will provide you with all the files that you need at the end of the project. For logos, you will receives ai, psd, png, jpg and gif files, at different sizes for a variety of needs. Printing can be managed by us, but you will have everything you need to handle it yourself. We develop all of our websites with cms, enabling you to handle all future updates.
