This image is adapted from my painting series exploring my childhood, and serves as a tribute to my love of all things video games.
When I was a child, my brother and I received our first Atari and we were bouncing off the walls with excitement (I am pretty sure there is a VHS tape somewhere in my parents house to prove this). Our first Nintendo was my opportunity to hone my skills at Tetris, which has provided a lot of help over the years as we fill trucks to move. Then we enjoyed our Sega Genesis, where my obsessing over Sonic the Hedgehog verged on being out of control.
Currently, we are still going old school with our PS2 that most importantly enables me practice my Rock Band skills, so I am prepared when the Pixies call me up to help them out.
