Bryan recently had the pleasure of speaking at the Handcrafted Soapmakers Guild’s Annual Conference in Miami on the topic of branding and design. (You can read his blog entry to find out more about the topics he discussed). While we were there we were inspired by the beauty and diversity of Miami. It was a city that felt futuristic and classic, full of nature and design, with something to look at around each corner.
We went to restaurants that are classics like Versailles Restaurant, and exciting new places, like Sustain. The charming beaches on Key Biscayne were lovely next to the excitement of the downtown glass skyscrapers and bustling South Beach. At each location we heard new languages and accents and were surrounded by people of every age. Everything about it was absolutely wonderful, except it would have been perfect about 10-15 degrees cooler (we are from the Bay Area after all).
These wallpapers, along with ones that we release over the next few weeks, represent all of the different elements we loved in Miami. Since one style couldn’t represent all that Miami has to offer, each weeks’ images will have its own distinct look. Enjoy our version of Miami Fusion.
